Pine Valley Apartments

Looking at the reviews and I have not experienced what everyone else went through… Hallways need to be updated and walls are in need of a serious paint job. Parking is horrible… tow company sits and wait and proceeds to try to take your car so be careful even if you think you’ll be good don’t risk it! The rental lady is chill and honestly really cool but she’s also big on respect so if you respect her she’s going to respect you. If you need repairs contact the leasing office because telling the maintenance won’t get nothing handled it needs to be documented. I gave a 4 because my apartment was nice… no it’s wasn’t modern dated like other apartment complexes but you get what you pay for. The lady in the office is rude , she mailed my grandmother a 60 day notice with no reasoning . I confronted her in the office and asked her why she was evicting my grandmother and she said “I don’t need a reason to evict you” I told her “yes you do” and she said “ it could have been any reason “ but STILL didn’t give any reasoning … the Maintenance men there where in the hallway talking about the scam she’s running . Her name is AUDRA GREENLEE and she is literally running a scam .. she is making people sing a year lease and then evicting them after receiving rent for 6 months !!!! That is illegal ! She is rude and smart mouthed . She needs to be fired !!! She has been taken to court several times .. does anyone know the name of the company that owns pine valley ???

Yes the lady in the office is a smooth mouth talker and the older woman so unpleasant. I am now seeing all these horrible reviews, I am glad I did, not moving forward, I am staying away. They seem horrible. The lady smothered talk me to start an application and they messed me up. Good lesson, hard way learnt.

How can you raise rent twice....the beginning of the year I was paying 895 an 6 months later I paid $925 an now a month later she raise it to $995 I believe she running a scam an she needs to be fired evergreen is the company that owns pine valley apartments
