Sophia's Place East Apartments

We have lived at Sophia's Place East Apartments for 18.5 years. The Galman Group maintains the property and apartments on a regular basis. Although we have had flooding issues in our ground floor apt., periodically, in our master bedroom, maintenance responds promptly with wet vacuums and fans to dry things out. Our 2 BR, 2 full bath, apt. is 1,040 sq ft with full size washer and dryer in the unit, which is very convenient. It is a good size for a family of 2 or 3 persons or a single person. For the most part, we have enjoyed living here and have been able to age easily in our apartment.

I’ve lived at Sophia’s Place for almost 10 months and totally enjoy living here. The floor plan I have, which is quite nice, is ideal (1 bedroom and a den). There’s lots of closet space, and large windows front and back providing terrific sunlight. It’s peaceful and quiet both inside and outside my apartment. The folks in the office and in maintenance are all part of an exceptional team. Collectively, they are knowledgeable, responsive and very friendly and make you feel at home. Many have been here for years. Maintenance is top notch. We have good amenities (pool, nice facilities in the office building, and a gym. I’ve enjoyed meeting my neighbors and it’s easy to get around town from here. It’s been a pleasure to share my experience with you!

Sophia's Place East is a wonderful place to live. The leasing process was smooth, with helpful and professional management. The apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and equipped with modern appliances. Maintenance is prompt, and the staff is courteous and attentive. The community is quiet, secure, and welcoming, offering a peaceful atmosphere and conveniently located. I highly recommend Sophia's Place East for anyone seeking a well-managed, comfortable home.

I lived in this apartment for over 6 years. During that time the rent increased from $1100 in the beginning to $1500 at the end. The entire time we were there, there was a very bad mouse and ant problem. No matter how clean we were (bleaching, vacuuming, disinfecting every single day) they were always around. While maintenance and exterminators constantly put traps down and sprayed things to kill the bugs, it wasn’t enough to rid the apartment of the infestation. Toward the last 3 months of my stay, we put in several maintenance requests that were either never completed or took more than one request to get them to actually come out. Overall, the neighborhood has gone down significantly with crime increasing (someone was just killed in the neighborhood a few months ago) and the noise has in
