I cannot say enough great things about Mark. This was my first home, and I was really nervous about what the inspection would find and whether I would understand the report. Mark spent hours going through my home. He did not miss a single thing! He then sat with me and patiently went over the entire binder (yes, he gave me a binder full of amazing information with photos on the spot). He explained everything and answered every question I had. If I asked any dumb questions, I have no idea because he never let on or made me feel that way. He was amazing to work with. This was the best money I spent during the entire home buying experience!

Mark was incredibly thorough, professional and helpful in calling out all of his findings during the inspection. He went out of his way to spend some time on the phone with me because we were buying from out of state. Mark's assessment made me much more comfortable in understanding what improvements would need to be made to the home in the first year or two of ownership and what could likely wait until a few years down the road. I'd recommend Mark in a heartbeat.
