The receptionist is very rude and everyone is misinformed. I called at 4:30 to ask for a replacement on my apartment key. I was told by the receptionist that I need the IT man to be there in order to have the new key activated. I confirmed with her that he was there and she also informed me that the last person she speaks to is at 4:45 so if I come after that she’s not helping me. I told her I would be there in 10 minutes. I got there at 4:40 and she informed me the IT guy left. When I asked if she had let him know I was on the way, she complained that her job is too hectic and she’s not able to properly communicate like that. I explained to her that this was stressful as I rushed over here and her response was that shes not going to go back and forth nor waste her time. A supervisor stepp

They promise Parking lot, Guard and Wash room and never got any of it. Plus the light company does not have any company information. I was out of state trying to paid my rent and the online service charges $35 to paid. Try calling them and the person is always on the line and the voice mail is full. They are not the best communication company.

Pillar property management changed property management groups for my apartment a week before move in date with no notice. Couldn’t even get into the place at first because no key/passcode was left for us. Been almost a month at the new place and still don’t have mailbox keys, washer and dryer, and other minor inconveniences. Not impressed with their communication and how we were just left to figure out who the new property manager was.

Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Response = zero Maintenance help = 0 Having been in the real estate business my entire life and never ever writing a review on anything I felt compelled to save at least one person from making the mistake I made when engaging this firm. Stay away!!

They are horrible.. I been calling texting and reporting my issues on the website since November and nothing . & where the hell is that parking lot & laundromat you promises us smh
