Pickett's Landing

The view is beautiful and most of the homeowners are very nice people. Unfortunately, the management team that runs this place is very rude and unprofessional. There are certain homeowners here that are like “Condo Commandos” who watch every move you make and report it to the management team in Tallahassee rather than demonstrating a neighborly attitude and helping new tenants along with their rules. This is a very uncomfortable environment especially if you have animals. I would not recommend buying or renting here, you will regret it...
