Adorable small family community offering 3 bedroom 2 bath homes. Friendly staff, centrally located with reduced rents. Rate to find washer and dryer’s in the home. A must see to appreciate.

We have been residents here a few years now , I can say we are definitely loving the new management and the overall attentiveness the community has been getting here lately ! Things have been getting so much better ! Only down fall i complain is I feel like the washer and dryer should not be an up charge (they are tiny) and we would love the privilege to keep our grills with distance being in consideration with use … other than that it’s definitely a great home , good kids and great atmosphere 😊

I’ve been a resident since June of 2023 and I’ve watched in real time the changes that have been made in a positive direction is amazing. When I first moved in I barely had any neighbors but since a few changes in management I’ve seen this place become home for a lot of other people. It’s a quiet and safe environment to be apart of. Everyone keeps to themselves but not in a stand off type of way. Basically everyone is protecting the peace of this community. Also it being a pet friendly place is 10/10 for me because I have two fur babies that also calls this place home.

My family has lived here for almost three years. It's not terrible, there are some thing I wish could change. We arent allowed to have grills and we arent allowed to have our own washer and dryer. We are required to use the washers and dryers (stackables) provided by the company but....we have to pay a rent charge for them $50 monthly. I feel if we cant have our own and are required to use theirs we shouldn't have to pay rent on the ones provided. They are small and you still have to go to laundry matt (which cost a lot) to wash you bedding because the washer and dryer units are to small. However it is relatively quiet and it is a safe place for my children. They do need to put speed bumps throughout.

We have lived here for a year now and we love the community and the comfort of the home. Very spacious! Manager is Great! Grateful to call this our home.
