I just wanted to say that the staff is amazing. Terry is always upbeat and kind. He does everything he can to make this an enjoyable and comfortable place to live and really cares about each individual. The entire staff is always kind, helpful and respectful. I’ve only had one small maintenance request, but Ed took care of it very quickly and efficiently. He, Terry and all staff I’ve encountered are always quite friendly and helpful. They really make this an outstanding place to live. Many heartfelt thanks to them!!

This place is very nice. Kept up really well and always clean. Maintenance is always on top of things when I call, they have a new guy Ed who is great. I have lived here for five years now been through many managers and Terry is by far the best one we've had since I've been here. I appreciate all that he does for us here and how he takes an interest in our lives. I realize that he does things that are not a part of his job but he helps us anyway like ordering things online he is very helpful. I hope both stay around for a long time.

I moved into this apartment complex in 2019 with my two grandchildren, aged seven and nine. The staff have been extremely welcoming and kind to us since our arrival. The maintenance guy, Ed, sure knows his way around a toilet! He fixes our problems as soon as I report it. He is efficient and a hard worker. The apartment manager, Terry, has been very welcoming and kind to my family & I. He's very consistent when speaking to us about our apartment conflicts & handling our rent bills. He has also done an amazing job on updating the apartment complex.

Terry did a fantastic job with helping me and my family find a place for my grandfather when he needed to live closer so we could help take care of him. Terry takes very good care of his residents, making sure he is meeting their needs.

These apartments are so nice. I really like the layout of the building. They have new carpet and the people there are really friendly. You can tell that Terry does everything for his residents and is such a nice guy. Terry, I love my new place, thank you so much for everything.
