As of December 2025. Anne, Angie, Kim, and Amy in the office are very helpful, and prompt with any concerns or requests you may have. Rent is reasonable, maintenance has been good, and the snow removal has been on point too! A good affordable place in Perrysburg that also allows for pets (and they also monitor the expected clean up by their owners too!, also a plus keeping the grounds tidy!). I’ve been a Tenant for almost 4 years and will renew. Thumbs up!

Be very cautious if you plan to rent here. Management is extremely disorganized and will try to take advantage of residents. They never provide clear statements about what you owe, then turn around and issue late fees for their own mistakes. We moved out in June 2023, and instead of contacting us about any outstanding balance, they sent the account straight to collections. I had been back several times over the summer due to mail accidentally being sent there, and it was actually a former neighbor — not management — who helped me retrieve it. To make matters worse, our passports were mailed there because the address was still on our licenses, and management hid them from us. I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for Angie. My faucet had very low pressure and I was not able to do the dishes. She came on Sunday, during a snowstorm and fixed it for me. Angie is a true star of Perry crossing apartments, I cannot recommend her enough.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If you have the money for here u can find better ! Maintenance has no urgency to fix repairs or get work orders done. When we moved back in August everything was nice and they got us in pretty easily. Even though they are advertising $1300 apartments be aware after move in it will bump to almost $1700!!!!!! Moving in we had a wasps nest on our patio that they said they would be down to take care of in the next few days. After three days and multiple people being stung in the yard away from the nest we had to take it down ourselves. Not long after we noticed our dishwasher was growing mold and unable to run properly without accumulating water at the bottom after speaking to the office about it they came by two times to “fix” the dishwasher and we were still unable to use

I've been here just over 90 days and I'm very happy. I like the location and my one bedroom upstairs unit. They are not brand new but they are well maintained and have great closet space and room sizes compared to what's out there in nice and safe areas. The office and management staff have been kind, professional and helpful. I had a cooling situation and they responded quickly. Had same day and other days and times available. The grounds are kept up and I'm especially impressed with the pool. Thank you for making my transition easy and seamless.
