Perry Homes - Central Texas Office

Home is good, but double check everything. All houses in our cul-de-sac are Perry Homes. For what ever reason, one side of our second story entry never got a gutter and downspout. ALL others in our cul-de-sac did. Same essential design. We contacted them and they told us it wasn't designed that way and there's nothing they can do. I run my business by doing what's right, not this way.

Perry homes has been of no help when it comes to the warranty coverage for foundation repair with their warranty company StrucSure. They have repeatedly stood on the sidelines, watched our company and my client struggle, and not helped with the situation with the company StrucSure for my clients foundation repair issues that have been dragging since late August 2023. Perry is backing a warranty company that sits on repairs, does not answer emails or phone calls, and repeatedly ignores requests from myself and my client about their home. They continue to idly watch us struggle with gathering any results from their warranty company, and do nothing about it. I do NOT recommend Perry Homes anymore. Their craftsmanship is garbage. We have lived here 2.5 years and our fence has already blown over. Post in the ground with no concrete have just broke off. Our dogs got out. Our foundation is cracking all around the house. Called them out and we were told to wait until it got worse. So let's wait until the house is unlivable. Also, we have a guest bedroom with a bathroom in the frint of the house. We dont use this room. Went in there one day to get ready for guests and it was flooded by a faulty valve under the bathroom sink. They use cheap plastic valves that just break over time. So this was not covered because it was past our 2 year warranty so we are stuck with a rotted out vanity and mold. Just a reminder this house was built less than 3 years a

My wife and I moved here from AZ and purchased a Perry Home. We were absolutely blown away at what we got for our dollar. The finishes are beautiful, the quality is amazing and the staff was second to none. We are so thrilled to be here and have a Perry Home. It was an easy decision after visiting a lot of other builders. Thank you Perry Homes!!

I helped a client get a home with Perry homes. She bought the home with upgrades. They are taking the upgrades out one at a time. The answer I get from the salesman is "I didn't realize when we did the contract the upgrades would be taken out" I have called corporate in town, corporate in Houston and have left more than 10 messages in different places of Perry homes and no one will call back. Super disappointed in the customer service.
