Perfect Properties Corporation

I am writing this review as a home seller that used Perfect Properties to handle my sale. I met Kris over a year ago to do a market analysis of my home. At that time I was not ready to sell. Fast forward a year later when I was ready, I went to Kris and Perfect Properties to market and sell my home. His expertise and lower than standard commission rates really sealed the deal. It was a long and tough process to find the right buyer and maximum price. Kris navigated the process with me and was able to do both. Thanks to Kris's dedication and hard work and encouragement today I am residing in Florida; worry free and stress free and happy!

I wish I could give it less than 1 star! I called about their notary services only to be left on hold for 10 minutes. I had to hang up the phone and call on a different number, in which they put me on hold again. After finally getting through, this disrespectful man (after I asked what are the availability hours for me to come in for a notary) says, “it doesn’t work that way. If I’m there I do it, if not you go somewhere.” I hope this place closes down soon they clearly are miserable and unprofessional.

I don't even know why Thier open .I guess people do need to fax slot.they property put their name on it .and it doesn't sell.all the they have are over priced locations sick.they hardly keep brokers.no interactive skills.they lye when you want an apartment response is no availability we had 5 just yesterday.for the past year every other day checking.give me a break.so glad I stopped looking with them.it was so dead working Thier for brokers that one of them would be sleeping.goodbye

Just called there- this man needs to learn how to speak to people! Rude and no manners. Don't bother.

The food be good I like the owner and cooks his daughter and son on the register and phones 😂 #1
