Beach 21st Street

I’ve lived in this apartment for some time, and overall it has been a mostly positive experience. I really appreciate the private open space and the secure mail area — it gives a sense of safety and privacy that many buildings don’t offer. Management is also very strict about keeping the building clean, which I actually like. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a tidy environment. That said, there are a few downsides. Noise can be an issue — both from other tenants inside the building and from the street outside. When my windows are open, the constant honking can get pretty frustrating. Maintenance requests also tend to take longer than expected. The issues eventually get resolved, but the delays can be inconvenient. Another ongoing challenge is that some tenants don’t seem to car

Great Office Staff, Mild, Easy Going Yet Very Professional, Maintenance Staff is Great, Prompt, Efficient, Trustworthy & Reliable. Building Is Well Kept. I love it here at 1047 Beach 21st Street.

It’s a comfortable..quiet apartment building .. the staff is very friendly & if there are any issues or or problems management takes care of them right away.. I Love my apartment & the building with its many amenities…
