An older apartment complex, but great manager & maintenance man. Elvira made everything easy and smooth as we moved in, and then out after 3+ years. The swimming pool was a great bonus. If we would’ve stayed in Madera, we would never have moved. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Anytime maintenance was required, Trinidad, the maintenance man was very prompt and professional. As well as knowledgeable as to his job. Loved Peppertree Apartments.

Been here a year and the last few months have been hell she keeps nit picking at the little things we do but nobody else she tells rental agents she won't rent to us in the future so its stopping us from getting a house all because we parked in a parking stall that didnt belong to us because the extra spot we were paying for she took from us with only a 3 day notice and then dropped us to the bottom of the waiting list so even if its a last resort like it was for my family do not rent at this place. Little side note, she doesn't do background checks so if you have kids definitely don't comr here she has allowed 3 child predators to move in.

Lived here recently terrible place to rent from landlord is evil I’ve rented in the Bay Area a few times and have never had such a terrible experience renting from somewhere. No way ur getting that deposit back with the landlord and your Parking spot she can take away from you just because they feel like it!! BEWARE!!

Horrible management place had roaches when we moved but of corse during the walk through there was none took her a month to spray She dose not fix anything the pool is green and nasty some people don’t have a choice as we didn’t but now we do we have pictures of everything when we moved in and video of when we moved out looked about the same charges 250 paint 250 to clean the apt and 150 for carpet that was all ready falling apart her daughter which stays with her was the one answering saying my mom will get back to you the manager there is there to scam people

The pool was so disgusting and green and the people are rude and just not worth living there.
