wish i could put a 0 bc it’s that bad. i lived here 2 years ago i wasn’t from that area but me and my mom moved there mind you my mom was pregnant during this time.. my sister and her ex bf came to visit us they bought loads of clothes, groceries, and nike shoes there were men standing around there looking at us and i js knew i had a gut feeling what was about to happen 2 hours later when we left and came back , back door kicked trash everywhere.. EVERYTHING STOLEN. next day went to the front office and they didn’t do ANYTHING those front office people know this is happening and don’t care MICE ROACHES SPIDERS AND EVEN WATERBUGS BRU 0/10 worst apartment place for a family to move in especially if you don’t know the area

The worst place every to live. The roaches, mice, ants, cock roaches, spiders, nets, and flies are taking over. It is ashame the tenants are living under these conditions. The ceiling in my bathroom needs extensive work and they are taking there sweet time to fix it. Expecting me to pay 280.00 a month. Its nasty, trash always on the ground, and the cops are always here. And on top of it the office staff is the worst, disrespectful and rude. One thing i do know. You can not treat people wrong and think you will get away with it. God do not like ugly. Believe that

My daughter lives here. This is something she did on her own and she now regrets it daily. She has only been there for a couple months now and her air has been out 4 times. There were kittens trapped inside the walls in her apartment. The ceiling leaks every time the upstairs neighbors jump around. This place is deplorable. The management does not want to listen. They fabricate stories about completing maintenance jobs. They need and WILL be reported to the housing authority and code enforcement. My grandson is severely asthmatic and has been in the apartment for almost 2 weeks with no air. Now, they are saying they have to order a part. The part could have been back all the other times the issue was being overlooked. Nothing is an emergency with this complex. I know from exper

They have spiders, mice, roaches, bed bugs and termites! Me and my sister stayed in two separate units. She got hers it was roach next under the refrigerator and oven. It was so black and tons of roaches. We came in and sat a mcdonalds hamburger on the counter top and in secs it was covered in roaches you couldn't even see the hamburger. Just from us going to the moving tuck and getting one item. When moving it you can not park your moving truck or they will tow it. So you have to park it across the street on the road and move your things into the building. The never treated any insects. We were told to go to to the hardware store and get our own thing. The bed bugs were horrible i woke up with bumps everywhere all over my body. I was accused of bringing them with me. I had to throw my mat

So, the 5-star reviews are fake. I'm from Memphis, and these are some of the worst apartments in the city, outside of Parkway Village and Highland Heights. Please just Google about these apartments and immediately the things that have gone down here will pop up. So gross they resorted to fake/paid reviews.
