I feel obligated to warn the public & prospective tenants about Pensacola Bay Realty & specifically the 4 properties located at 4117 Barrancas Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32507. My daughter & I had a nightmare experience during the 6 months we lived in the upstairs apartment. What was touted as a completely renovated building was anything but that. Constant plumbing problems, a guest shower that was never useable until the very end & potential lead present in the water due to old plumbing that wasn’t replaced in a building built in 1948 per the plaque outside. Inadequate heating resulting in exorbitant electricity bills. Roof leaks on multiple occasions, electrical outlets not connected & a laundry closet without the appropriate electrical outlet & no dryer vent at all. At one point they d
