Pennbrooke Apartments

I love living here and the manager is amazing. However there is a lot of pot smoke in the hallways. It’s pretty gross. I have not complained about it so I can’t say management doesn’t try to fix it. I try to not walk down the two worst hallways.

I've lived here for over 6 years, best managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. Staff work very hard to keep it clean, both indoors and outside grounds. I plan on staying indefinitely, I really like it here.

I have lived at Pennbrooke for the last 6 years! Michael is an exceptional manager! He truly cares about his residents and the property. Maintenance is top notch! You couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

This is a very well run property! The owner takes great pride in the residents.

I live here now and have for over a year, Michael the manager is a super nice guy and has the perfect demeanor for this type of work. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, they CARE! It's like family here. Clean, great amenities and quiet. I love living here and won't leave until we buy a home soon.
