Penn Oak Apartments

kinda small .. no good sound barrier ( can hear almost anything from neighbor or people outside ) good parking spots, nice size rooms and bathroom.

The owner of these apartments will charge your bank account as she pleases! She also refuses to use your deposit to touch up any blemishes after moving out, she tries to require an exuberant amount unless you paint the apartment yourself before moving out. What a joke! Not to mention the maintenance man may or may not put his hands on you when you upset him.

Sound barrier not good. Been living here five years and I can hear everything outside and below. Walls have started cracking, stove burner quit working, and bathroom ceiling falling in. Bathroom and kitchen are carpeted which does not make sense. Property neglected by owners and it takes forever to get something fixed. Will not help with bugs if you get them.

Good quality service from employees. A one stop, able to find all needed tools & supplies for remodeling a home.

Is THIS the best picture you can come up with for promoting Penn Oak? I'd never look there.
