Arbor Ridge Apartments

Hands down to Paul! The parking lot and sidewalks look much better this winter! Last year sidewalks wasn't clear and the parking lot was hazardous. Prompt at getting things done!

My move in was fast and easy. No issues at all. Paul is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend living at Arbor Ridge.

My husband and I lived at here for almost three years and moved out at the end of May. When I moved in, my husband was already living here. I brought two dogs with me and was told by the manager at that time, that the pet deposit was $500. They won’t allow you to pay with cash and they want everything paid through the portal so we waited for it to hit the portal and for whatever reason we were never charged. So imagine our surprise when we go to move out almost three years and FOUR different apartment managers later and are slapped with a $1000 pet fee after already paying $2025 to get out of our lease three months early. After speaking with the current manager about how this seemed unfair and that it’s not my fault that the previous managers were negligent, she thought it was appropriate

I have been living here for a while, after an unforeseen event, i left and was homeless. Nicole Ignacio, property manager, was quick to take care of me by getting me into a different apartment and making sure i had a roof over my head. I will be forever grateful for her and all she has done to help me. 10/10 best customer service around and a super nice and respectful to speak with! Apartments are well taken care of and the maintenance crew is quick to get any issues taken care of!

Today I went to see about looking at apartments and after seeing how the manager treated the maintenance guy, I decided it wasn't worth my time. The maintenance guy is fantastic, they pointed me to the office and was very hard working. But after seeing how the manager treated them, and how she treated a few tenants. I decided against renting there. The manager was poor with customer service, and was flat out rude. Plus the apartments she wanted to show me was already houses with tenants. That made me uncomfortable, so if your looking for people to rent in the future resolve this issue.
