Pembrook Place

We rented a three bedroom unit here for two years and only left due to a job transfer. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The team at Pembroke is stellar; friendly, kind, and prompt. The facilities are lovely - big pool and awesome work out center. I loved the big patio and will miss the space to relax and enjoy my coffee. They are very pet friendly and many many renters here have furkids. The neighbors were all quiet and respectful. We will miss Rhonda and the Pembroke team! They have set the bar high for our next rental on the other side of the country.

Office employees don’t want to address emails about other tenants being completely disrespectful to the tenants who live right next to the pool, loud music, food being tossed over the fence, staying past the pool closing time, it’s every single weekend. Tenants using the “emergency exit” gate and standing outside my living room windows being loud and obnoxious. They can’t address this issue but have no problem sending out emails to the entire community about giving you a fine if your garbage can is left out . Ice accumulation in winter time on our driveway from garage from the rain gutters, won’t address that either . I shouldn’t have to be the one breaking up the ice - that is what the grounds maintenance is for. Windows that won’t stay open, leaf blowers every weekend morning, forget tr

I had an appointment scheduled to tour an apartment for 2 weeks. Less than 2 hours before my arrival they tell me that they can't show me anything and I can look at picture in their computer. They even sent me an email and text message the day before my scheduled interview to confirm my appointment and showing time. Less that 2 hours of the scheduled time they tell me something totally different. Be very cautious dealing with these people. They had me scheduled 2 weeks ago to cancel on me Less than 2 hours before I show up and they confirmed me yesterday. Waste of my time. They lied. They were dishonest. Glad to know the truth before I was suckered in a rental lease. Look at all their bad reviews. Complaints of the grounds being filthy, several complaints of units needing repaired and Noon

I have been living in Pembrook Place for about 1.5 years and I have to say it truly is a wonderful place to live. The ground are very beautifully maintained. The neighbors are quiet, friendly and respectful. The leasing team is also very friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues in my apartment other than one maintenance issue which was promptly fixed! I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a great apartment complex, not to mention the amenities including a pool and a gym!

We had lived there for almost 3 years from 2012-2015 and the neighborhood was so good and peaceful. The whole maintenance of the apartments, landscape, and the office is so good. Rhonda was the sweetest! :) We had to move out due our family expanding, otherwise we would've never moved out. The apartment felt so luxurious and it was just a really good experience overall living wise and the service. We also loved using their fitness center, the pool and they always kept it so clean and well-maintained! Always remembering the good memories spent there! :) -Suneel and family
