Pembroke Town Center Apartments

I have lived here a few years now, and I have seen many changes with a positive difference in the new maintenance management we have now. As far as the grounds upkeep overall, I’ve witnessed the improvement of the flooding areas in the parking lot, the needed repairs for sidewalks completed, new signage placed, more enforced proper parking, patrol security cars, laundry areas renovated, well lit foyers in the buildings that are routinely cleaned and mopped, prompt repairs, and big improvements with the trash dumpster areas. The large pool area has been well maintained, too. I’ve witnessed the hard work of the maintenance crew, and even though they are always busy on the grounds and out doing repairs they still greet tenants in a very friendly way. We lived at Pembroke Town Center Apartments for over 3 years, and overall, it was a great experience for our family. The leasing staff, especially Heather, is extremely friendly and cooperative. She always resolves tenant issues quickly and professionally, which makes the whole process stress-free. The maintenance team is also excellent—they handle routine maintenance promptly and efficiently, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The neighborhood is very convenient, with most shopping malls and stores within walking distance, which is a big plus. Occasionally, we noticed homeless individuals taking shelter in the common walkways, but whenever we informed security, they addressed the situation promptly. I recently toured Pembroke Town Center and had an amazing experience thanks to Derek and Community Manager John. Derek was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. John’s professionalism and pride in the community really stood out and made me feel confident about the property. Even though I didn’t end up relocating, if I had, it would’ve been because of the incredible team here. They made the entire experience feel easy, personal, and truly welcoming. Im giving a review on behalf only my parents who had to downgrade from a senior complex to regular apartments. Its been good to them...maintenance, location, has stoves.. the porch size?! They love it

This place is the ghetto of town center. The people who live here are rude and/or creepy, my car was already broken into in the 3 months I have lived here, the hall way is always noisy and smells like weed, the outside around the property also always smells like weed. You see weird things like the Walmart shopping cart. The parking lot is always full or near full with no option to reserve a spot or pay for preferred parking and no visitor verses resident parking. On the laundry buildings they do not tell you that the "second" floor is really like the 3rd floor. The kitchen is more like a kitchenette from a motel 8. The balconies have no lights attached to them and the walkways aren't well lit. Plus as a single occupant in a one bedroom apartment my water was almost $90 the first full mon
