This company allows an elevator to not work in their Crossroads Center on Newtown Rd. Today for the second time, I got stuck in the elevator and had to walk down 6 flights of stairs. I have Fibromyalgia and it was very difficult for me. I called them today and the woman lied to me saying that the elevator was checked monthly but I got stuck in this elevator a month ago. And the company I see in this building said they called weeks ago, and they did nothing. I hope for their sake that nothing more serious happens to someone else. If they don't fix it, I will be filing a formal complaint with my attorney!

I wasn't gonna leave a bad review about Washington Village which I don't even see on the list of Pembroke properties. Don't matter they don't do repairs move in or living in. I called Pembroke letting someone know that today was my official move out day but no one ever called me back from 2 weeks ago...NOBODY WORKS THE OFFICE BUT ONCE A MONTH. I don't know who I was talking to but they are the rudest of all the rudes. "WELL WW DON'T HANDLE THAT ..DID YOU CALL THE OFFICE?..DID YOU LEAVE AN EMAIL? WE DON'T" ...i called for a reason. I'm sure y'all don't pay these customer service reps to be this rude early in the morning. To your own race well i will pray for her

Summer Station, their property, told my niece that they didn’t receive a sheet about broken things in the apartment...lies. They only showed her a model...even models get airbrushed. They also think it’s okay to destroy clothes and food by not fixing their appliances and then charge her for a few scratches in the sink. Not to mention the blood, cockroaches, kidnapoings, etc. The cockroaches had more rights than my niece.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They’ll show you the model, but when you move into your apartment it will not look anything like the model. Cabinets and doors off the hinges, wall not freshly painted, and they will make up reasons to keep your deposit...ie, scratches in the sink...really!!! They are a rip off(SCAMS)!!! RUN
