Pembroke Place

Michael did a great job. He couldn't make the repairs without other parts, but he made sure that the window closed to maintain safety and heat! He is extremely friendly and I'd give him 6 stars if possible!

I lived on the first floor at Pembroke Place for just over two years and wanted to share my experience to help others considering this place. Overall, it’s a decent home, and with new ownership, they are making improvements over time the best they can. Noise The 3-story buildings have concrete walls between units, so I never heard my side neighbors unless they made excessive noise directly against the wall. However, you can hear upstairs neighbors walking, and if they have a pet, playing inside can cause loud rumbling. This is a pet-friendly building, so occasional barking or running (zoomies) is expected. Noise from the hallway travels through the door but can be mitigated with foam gasketing or a door sweep. Amenities and Maintenance The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-size stove

The price is good but you get what you pay for. Very small apartments, practically a studio. The maintenance crew would come in and barely fix things so they ended up breaking again a few days later. The grass has cigarette butts all over the ground and people just smoke right outside your windows all the time. The walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors watching tv, dogs, etc. They do have laundry across the street and the snow removal is pretty good at being on time. No other amenities. They raise rent every year and the place is a little sketchy.
