I currently live here and I can’t wait for the day my lease ends. The things they care about are a joke. I’m paying all this money and my garbage disposal stopped working and my ceiling has leaked 4 times since I’ve moved in. I’ve been waiting for someone to come fix my a/c unit as well as my light fixture. Do they want me to get dressed in the dark? Ridiculous and roach infested!!!!!!

How they lie and jerk people around is ridiculous steer clear of this place. They don't fix anything in a timely fashion and Rodrigo the so called manager is only that in title. If you are moving into an apartment just know a walk through was not done before you move in. Moved in 1st day still unloaded furniture AC was not working had the same issue at last 7 times. They blame everything on system errors and take no responsibility for being a poor team of individuals. I went around the world to get corporate information cause they don't want to give it to case they claim they will fix the issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAD WORKING DOLLAR.

I lived here for a whole year and in general I felt good they are apartments with excellent location they were always attentive to me, I had a serious problem of cockroaches but they were there to solve it and sent maintenance people all the time to help me, as a recommendation I should watch in Laundry people come who do not live there, my apartment was not remodeled and it had a reasonable price when they offered to renew the contract they wanted to increase $200 to the monthly rent but it was definitely not worth paying more for an old apartment. 4 stars out of 5 for frequent cockroach problems.

What a great place to live! Seeing how the new staff is taking care of so many issues has the community feeling like home! The office staff is so professional and helpful and the maintenance staff is so prompt to respond to any issues. I can't believe how quickly things are improving here! I can see that the management company truly cares about us now and it feels great.
