Pebble Creek North Apartments

I just recently moved out after living here for 3 years. The first year wasn't too bad, but after that it was miserable here. This place has a serious infestation of insects and mice. Me and many other residents complained about this to management numerous of times but the issue was never resolved. I was literally getting sick just by living here because of that. It's not safe here, people breaking the entry door locks and people putting rocks in the doorway to allow anyone to come in. Not very secure. People always leaving food and trash in the hallways. I've seen some residents make their small children take out their heavy trash, which they drag the trash bag on the hallway carpet because it's too heavy for them to pick up. Then, they'll just leave the trash on the ground because they a

have been here for almost 2yrs with no issues. But I issues with the new manager and management, the fact that not everyone is rich on earth they should know that some people live on paycheck to paycheck, that sometimes things get complicated and worse for them to make such a decision we are living here cannot make a payment plan with them I have a very big problem with that because I’m living on a paycheck to paycheck I’m single mom of one thing get hard I pray they understand and when I move here, the first manager never had a problem he always understands his tenants pebbles creek north apartment is not the way is used to be anymore and pebbles creek north apartment is getting bad every day around the clock the rents is going up.

I wish I could upload the pictures of the mold that are in my apartment, I came on here because I have called the office and since then no one had returned my call to talk about fixing it. I live here with my four years old son and it's sad that we get to smell mold everyday. The current management doesn't address renters concerns at all in fact I have been lying about them coming to fix something in the apartment and they never showed up I had to call the after hour number and say it's an emergency before someone came that night to fix my linking sink. I live for five years now and this year is just so bad. I had not complain about management but end of last year to now its bad. Rush and mold are in my bedroom and in my kitchen I called and even left a voice mail but no one had come to

Living in Brooklyn Park was not an option for me but pebbles Creek North change my mind set about it. Management and co renter are very nice. God first I feel safe living at this place only reason I might move will be the increase of rent for my one bed room apartment other than that I don't mind staying till I own a house. Kim, Jody are very friendly.

Worst place ever to live in! Our cars got broken into many times, our cars got towed even tho they have the residence’ sticker for ur car to not be towed, and most of all the staff are not professional at all! Most Importantly there’s mouses and cockroaches all over the place I found over 3 dead Moises I highly suggest don’t move here
