These people don't know what they're doing. They said a furnace built in 1985 was safe to operate, but when I turned it on nothing happened and the HVAC guy said it was completely rusted out, how you approved the furnace for use is beyond me. I know you wouldn't put your family in a house with that furnace, are you trying to kill me? Also you said nothing about the water line in the report, and the previous owner broke the law by not disclosing the sewer blockage. All you did was put a little flag on the ground saying there was a blockage 3' in the pipe. I didn't see that until I moved in, and wow, 2 weeks later it's blocked up and coming up through the toilet! Another $5,700 to fix that.
