Peachtree Apartments

I was hesitant to move in given the unfavorable reviews, but after a year of residency, I've found the summer heat to be tolerable and the cold weather to be enjoyable. The roach infestation claims are exaggerated, as I've only seen two roaches in a year. Although weekends can be noisy, I'm willing to overlook it as long as my children are not disturbed. The thin windows can rattle during strong winds, but the benefits of a small, tight-knit community and a responsive management team outweigh the drawbacks. We wont be moving out for a while because rent is superior affordable and we just love out cozy apartments.

I lived there for 9 months and so glad I got out. I have MS and the window unit for air and heat was horrible in the summer my apartment was super hot & with cold weather it stayed super cold. If looking for an apartment DON'T GO HERE

We have been here for years...Rules are made as you go...The"manager" 99% of the time is rude and prejudiced...for many years you can do this or that but if he decides you can't do whatever any longer that's just how it is... It's kinda like living in a compound where all you can do is pay rent and it better not be 30 minutes late or its a lease violation...kids play ball and it's $100 lease violation( but only for some)..sit trash on the porch while you sweep/ mop $50 ...park to close to the line and yep you get a lease violation... too much company? Yep that cost 50 a month... Come rent here...it's like PRISON

If I could give zero stars i would RUN FAST apartment manager screwed my partner and myself out of a application fee and didn't even run the application and refused to give us our money back !!! And got very loud and rude with us after telling us the apartment she said was available ended up extending their time for a month or two !!! Total lies and bs DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! ALL MONEY HUNGRY i have made a report with housing authorities!!!
