Been at this complex for 5 years with no major issues. All maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. Staff is helpful and friendly. Quiet area and close to a lot of jobs, restaurants and shopping. *Side note: tenants who come from a lower standard community don't realize the importance of helping to keep the grounds, property (trash especially) clean.

We have lived here since Oct. 2009. We have been very happy with our apartment and very happy with the response time when we needed maintenance or repair on appliances. We do not plan on moving. Brian and everyone at PDG have been great and the maintenance man, Jim goes the extra mile. In any apartment complex, you get inconsiderate neighbors from time to time. Fortunately, they usually don’t stay long. Most of the neighbors are nice and considerate. My husband loves that he has a garage which enables him to work on his hobbies during the day while providing a place to park the car at night. A big kudos to PDG and their entire staff!

I lived in one of the Clifton Heights buildings for a couple years, and it was a positive experience. I never had anything break down that I needed maintenence to come. When maintenance or pest control came, we were always given notice. The apartment itself was built very well, without shortcuts, as far as I could tell.

I’ve been with this company since August & out of all places I’ve rented this is definitely the best company. Their communication is great, maintenance always comes if I put in the request. They’ve answered all my questions, worked with me & genuinely made living here great. 10/10 would recommend & have recommended them many times.

Moving here has been a great experience. Communication with staff and maintenance has been great, especially Kara. I highly recommend PDG!
