Parq Crossing Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with Parq Crossings Apartments in Sparks, NV, from the moment I started looking for rental options. The staff was attentive and helpful, showing me a similar apartment to the one I was initially interested in. Most of the paperwork is completed online, which made the process very convenient, and I was able to find an option that fit my needs and budget. The community is well maintained and clean, and it truly feels nice to come home every day. The lobby is beautiful and currently decorated for Christmas, with a complimentary hot cocoa bar, small gifts, and even a gift-wrapping station—such a thoughtful touch! Absolutely beautiful apartments! Exceptionally sparkly clean interiors and smell brand new fresh ! Staff are welcoming, exceedingly kind, super knowledgeable, very responsive and especially accommodating. The grounds are immaculate, quite pretty and paths are easily accessible and kept free of debris. Both the property itself and the apartments are distincly handi-capable accessible. It's like living in a charming mountain retreat. Thank you particularly to all the staff who were so thoughtful and warm!

I recently visited Parq Crossing and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Property was clean and well maintained. Kristy was welcoming, attentive, and kind. I appreciated the information provided and was able to view a nice unit that appeared renovated.

I've lived here for 1-1/2 years and Kristy has been great. She listens to my complaints, concerns, and my jokes. She responds quickly and takes action. She is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I went and toured the apartments. Very pretty and well maintained. The staff were very sweet and great to work with. I will definitely consider this place and refer my friends.
