Parkview Apartments

If you move into these apartments, be prepared to be greeted with dirty apartments and foul smells of cigarette and marijuana smoke in the hallways, and especially with packages being stolen every day. The cameras don't work. I've lived here for over a year and have had four Amazon packages stolen. I don't recommend it.

The WORST place to live. There's been BLACK MOLD in my bathroom for months and the ceiling panels are legit falling from the mold exposure. The cockroach infestation is outrageous. You will probably kill nearly 5 in the first 30 minutes you wake up. The laundry rooms are always trashed and don't work right. Other people don't respect when you're using it and will take your clothes out and throw them all over the laundry room. I've had clothes stolen. Packages and mail is always lost and stolen as well. Theres no good parking areas. When you call your landlord you will almost never reach a person and will have to leave a voicemail. They are not a seasoned leasing company and they are located out of state. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Been here about 4 months. It's updated nicely. No management on site. Do NOT have your packages delivered here. Do digital mail They will be stolen. Lock you car too. Dash cam got stolen here. Grab a garage when available. Roaches seeking asylum in your apartment no matter how clean is peev. It's an old building expect it.

Updated exterior and common spaces lead you to believe this is a nice place to live. IT IS NOT. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER CALLED "HOME". This property is managed by inexperienced newbies from out of town, they offer no true property management to their tenants. What they do offer is a lack of proper communication, failed parking management, lack to follow housing laws for the state of South dakota and they also offer ROACHES! This property is still a filthy disgusting trash infested mess just like it was prior to renovations. I HATED LIVING HERE SO MUCH I OFTEN STAYED IN HOTELS TO GET A BREAK FROM THIS PLACE.

Bad property management communication. Have the nerve to raise the rent, but can’t get rid of ROACHES!!! The parking and parking a lot is a disaster! Sprinkle glitter on dog shit! Also your mail will get stolen.
