Parkview Apartments

I lived in this apartment complex for a few years, and it has been nothing but problems. While they try to cover up the building’s age with surface-level remodeling, the structure itself is in terrible shape. The plumbing is outdated, with constant issues that are only patched up. Termites are a huge problem, leaving waste all over my kitchen, including my dishes, and management had no plans to address it. The security gates mean nothing—the gates are left open or broken often, and both my bike and my neighbors were stolen. Homeless and kids skateboarding because its easy access. The worst part? Building fire alarm is broken and goes off randomly sometimes over and over all night. Building was placed on fire watch by hbfd but they have not turned off the alarm, fixed the alarm, or assigned a fire watch as directed. I am moving out this month.
