Parkoff Management

I moved in to my apartment in June 2020 and was promised the ceiling in my bathroom would be repaired from a severe water leak. 7 months later and i am still dealing with a water leak from above. The management does not care and continues to misdiagnose the issue because they don’t want to pay for the real issue. Instead, they blamed the neighbors above me claiming they are not using proper shower curtains. Anyone with common sense knows their is an internal pipe issue that they refuse to pay for. Housing court is next for them

me and my friend are so stressed out. They take forever to repair. You have to call them everyday until they feel like send it someone to repair. Take almost a month for them to fix stuff. You call them and they say yes they will send someone but the don't. Management don't care about tenants issue they only care about collecting the rent. The rent always comes on time but the damages in the apartments stays for ages. Please save yourself time. Find a better place to live avoid the headaches and stressful situations.

We applied for an appartment and met the minimum requirements of 70k after we sent in aplication they boosted the initial rent up and the added 38k the minimum income level. So yea, basic fraud.

2 words - STAY AWAY. This is the worse managment ever. They dont like to repair, I have called them 10000 times and cried and beg to fix my toilet I have living with a broken toilet, the super always say he is coming but never comes.

One star because there is nothing less. Management don't care. It takes them a month to get things done. So disappointed.
