I been trying to reach out to the contact Jacqueline Klein, who is in charge of leasing a house, for 3 days to get a tour and no response. I tried calling calling several times, leaving voice message, and writing a message on the realtor site and nothing. I called Parker & Klein Real Estate and spoke to a nice lady name Grace. She mentioned she will contact Jacqueline to help me with the house but nothing happened. I really liked the house and need to move in the next couple weeks. Such a shame the customer service is so bad. It is also really bad for the person trying to rent this house that this is the company providing her support. I am extremely disappointed.
