I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! The manager, Maria, is absolutely fantastic. She’s always attentive, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The entire staff is equally wonderful and makes living here a delight. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this apartment complex! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed everything is. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help—truly making you feel at home from day one. The amenities are top-notch, the community feels safe and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Pros: the new (tho some spots are warped and uneven) floors The pool is nice when it is open The dog wash (if you can use it) They’re good at keeping the dog area clean. Cons: The walkway gets really muddy especially the path to the dog area. I’ve asked from the old management to the new management to fix the unwanted skylight in my storage unit and almost a year later, it’s still there. I’ve had to toss half of my stuff after it’s soaking wet and some got moldy. I have cockroach in my kitchen and they said they’ll have pest control come. That was 3 months ago and I’ve been just spraying my kitchen myself. The pool was close half the the time this summer. Never live here. Lived here years ago, and it was a nightmare. Constant gang and drug activity. Stay away. Anyone leaving more than 1 star must not know what it's like to live in an actual nice place.

Best friend lives here. She has been without an AC for WEEKS now and every time she calls the office for an update the office doesn’t know what she’s talking about then says they will schedule an outside person to come fix it but doesn’t. Every time I come visit, which is a lot, there are I SWEAR 20 more SPIDERS infesting their stairs and especially all around her door. To the poky we all have to duck walking in and out of her door because it is all over and around her door. She requested for that to be cleaned up & the maintenance guy came and got freaked out by how many spiders there were and left without doing anything. I see that this place charges “Pest Control” but I work in property management for a bigger company and this is a big example of NO PEST CONTROL HAPPENING. This place I
