If you have an issue with anything at these apartments just wrap it up because nothing gets taken care of. You can't even get a parking spot by the apartment you pay for. Can't even submit a request on their website because it's down & when you can they don't follow-up with your request. THE TRASH ISSUE IS TERRIBLE ALSO!!
Today I went to ask them when should I expect to get my 500$ security deposit (I moved out on June 30th - now August 13th). This was the first time I went there, I used to call on the phone before. I never raised my voice and was talking calmly, but they still kicked me out and told me to "get F**k out of here". Just stating a fact.
All Apartment are in good condition
La viejita q atiemde es muy despota tiene un humor orrible. Recomiendo pomgan a alguien mas amable
