Park Place at Maguire Apartments

I recently toured the apartment community with Sarah, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so pleasant, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Sarah was knowledgeable about the property and genuinely kind throughout the tour. I absolutely love living here! The space is beautiful, it’s a great deal for the price, and it’s conveniently located for everything I need. The front office staff is wonderful and always helpful. The maintenance crew is the best, they’re friendly and respond so quickly.

Total rent for me was about $2000 for 1 bed room 1 bath after all extra as bas rent was $1591.. You can hear neighbors argue, walk, and have intimate noise through the paper walls... This means they can hear your music too. Storms also causes creaking noises and I believe the building is made cheaply as to why all this occurs. They don't allow any drinks besides water bottles at pool because glass broke one time and banned all other outside drinks. This rule has been implemented for over a year. Not Recommended for young professional adults. PS. Company is money hungry. Before moving out, they asked if I wanted to renew for $150+ per month. I asked if rent could stay the same if I renewed for a longer term. They said no and I checked the same apartment unit online 2 weeks later and the p
