Maria helped me a lot with the buying process from finding other condos in the area, reviewing equivalent houses and condos on the market, as well as coordinating all the helpers needed to make the buying process smoother. When the original loan fell through she was able to find a lender who specialized in condos. She got me in touch with an inspector and handyman to check out the home and spot potential issues. She even contacted a real estate attorney when my dad was confused on the buying process. The only thing she didn't do was sign the closing documents, which would habe been nice because there were wayyy too many. Thank you Maria

Michele Gladding is an exception agent and I'm so glad we worked with her. She guided us through pricing that made sense to us and then gave us specific instructions that would help our house well quickly (how to de-clutter, which furniture to move ect.). We had 12 showings in two days and three full price offers. She was super responsive to calls and texts when we had quickly and helped the process go so smooth.
