Park Grove Apartments

The management has always been open to hear me out when I have had issues. The maintenance is quick to respond to plumbing and apartment maintenance. However third party maintenance leaves something to be desired. I am taking my laundry to a laundromat now since our washing machines and dryers have constant issues. I also understand we have security but I have never seen them here. We get kids sitting in cars drinking and playing their music at high volumes. Tenants should respect other tenants but that’s not an issue with property management…. That’s just being a polite neighbor.

Parking is terrible. You’re supposed to have a sticker to park inside the complex, but there are tons of cars without stickers parked, making it impossible to park anywhere when I get home from work. Termites flying into open windows. Can’t keep my window open without a ton of them flying inside.

This is a truly awful place. I strongly advise against moving here. The office sign says they open at 10 AM on weekends, but when I arrived at 10:10 AM, it wasn't open. I went back at 10:30 AM, and still no one was there. The office phone is always busy. As for parking, we brought all the necessary documents when we checked in, but they didn't give us any parking card. They just put a parking warning sign on my car, telling me they would tow it away if I didn't move it. The service was absolutely terrible! 👎

Just wanted to leave a review here, since there are quite a few that are a little harsh on the Complex, Yes the rent is a little high, but let's be honest, it includes 3 POOLS, A PARK (for the kids to play) and A GYM. Its a great complex , no one messes with you , a great environment, and most of all, the managers and office staff are Great. ! Let me not forget the maintenance crew, you need something at 2a.m, THEY ARE THERE! Amazing team

They charge for trash valet which some don’t use. Unnecessary charge and inconvenience for those who don’t need it. Trash is not picked up when there’s trash bag in the valet but no in trash bag they wants to check if there’s trash in valet trash can. Kind of scary. They don’t even take the trash out. If you reserve a parking spot someone will still park in your reservation spot. They will call a tow truck even if you are a resident here. You pay rent here and you still get your car towed by your neighbors or by the staff! Wonder if tow truck lives here for they are quick to tow your car sneaky. Hidden fees, fees,lots of noises, kids are loud will no parental controls. Maintenance takes 2-3 days to resolve. Someone stole stuff from cars parked out in streets. Not safe anymore. Truck park
