Park Commons Apartments

Lived here for a year and some change rent is middle of the mall. They took our deposit for beat up carpet and charged us and never got back to us until a YEAR after the fact with pictures of the finish work... And sold our 'debt' before we got the pictures. The people who called for the money were never the ones from the actual office it was always corporate. Decent living their but their onboarding and leaving process was a complete mess and not honest

I was totally surprised at how efficiently that my light fixture was installed by Tom . I truly appreciate the staff and their help and support. I've lived here for 6+ years and enjoy it .

I moved in roughly 2 months ago and I have nothing but good things to say. The front office staff is super friendly and accommodating, the maintenance crew is prompt on work orders, and the apartment feels cozy. I’ve had a few work orders put through and they have all been completed quickly and professionally. I will definitely be recommending to anybody looking in the area in the future!

My boyfriend and I live here and this place is a joke. They look decent from the road but are complete trash. People store all their furniture on their decks. They never clean walk ways or pool bathrooms. The gates work maybe half the time. Their is never any parking day or night. They don't clean parking lot when it snows or put ice out on sidewalks or entry ways. Maintenance and grounds people are lazy and very unprofessional. Jut because something looks nice doesn't mean it is.

I've lived at Park Commons for two years now and it is truly the best complex. The leasing office team is very understanding, professional, and attentive. You will always hear back from the staff within 24 business hours, and you will always feel heard. The on-site maintenance team works very well, quick to accommodate work orders, and keep the grounds looking fresh and clean. The emergency maintenance after hours is a bonus! The location of the complex is very convenient, you have quick access to multiple highways. My neighbors are very friendly, and I feel safe being in a gated community. I have truly felt at home with my residency here!
