44 West Luxury Living

My girlfriend and I lived at 44 West Luxury Living for 14 months, and overall, we had a positive experience. Our building was only finished in 2023, so it was in really excellent condition. We really liked the layout, especially the generous closet space and the extra storage in the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious with modern appliances and an awesome deep sink, though the cabinets are very tall, which made it tricky to reach some things. The lighting was stellar everywhere except the bedroom, which was softer than we would have liked. Management was responsive throughout our time there, and generally friendly. We did notice a shift in communication style after a new leasing manager came in- emails and messages became more abrupt, less personal, and could come across as a bit rude or ca

Overall we are happy and love our apartment. However, having the word “luxury” in the title is a little far fetched. Let’s start with getting some water pressure before we start throwing around big words like that. Maybe add some dimmers to the spotlight’s in the living area and maybe one assigned parking spot per apartment to clean up the parking. Then I’ll be ok with the title.

I came in for a tour with Marley and she was great! She made me feel very welcome and gave me all the information i needed. She answered every question I had and overall I had a great experience.

As an older adult I am very happy to know that I have a nice well maintained luxury apartment. After owning a few homes, I found everything in one place with not a lot of housework to worry about. The appliances are excellant, the floors, easy to clean. I found more time now to live a quiet nice life and not worry about fixing everything that broke as happen in my houses. Management cares and everything is quiet and a lot of parks, rivers, and a lake nearby to walk the dog or enjoy outdoor activities. Great place to downsize, and no more house worries. Management quick to repond and everything close by to drive. Recommend highly. You will be pleased.

Absolutely love living at 44 West! It’s hands-down one of the best apartment communities I’ve experienced. The setup here is perfect, especially with concrete floors in between each floor level that keep things wonderfully quiet—no issues with pet noise or disturbances from neighbors at all, which has been a game-changer. The apartments are spacious and modern, with high-quality finishes that make each unit feel truly upscale. The community is kept in fantastic shape, and I always feel safe with regular patrols from the local police. The amenities are a huge perk! Having a gym that’s open 24/7, a pool, a pool table, and even a dog park makes it easy to relax and unwind without leaving home.
