Park at Carson Apartments

I been staying here at the park at Carson/ candy mountain for seven years and I finally moved out this how I had to live and it’s unacceptable I never want to live like this again !!!one star is all they get I wish I can give a zero ⭐️ I have ask for a renovated apartment but they never wanted to give me one the lady in the office is unprofessional and before you think about coming to live here don’t run because you’re gonna have problems you don’t want.. they don’t spray for bugs like they supposed to they never change the air vent at all!! do your self a favor and look elsewhere you have been warned ‼️⚠️these are recent photos ‼️‼️2024 apartment 506 unit

I received a very warm welcome from the Manager. She had so much knowledge about the property, she was so polite and very professional. The property was so clean and the office smelled so good. She offered me and my family something to drink and she made me feel right at home. She didn’t rush me as I told her about my situation she listened and really made me have a better day than I was having. I will be telling all of my friends from college about my experience there. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

If you are looking for a quit clean complex I recommend you visit Park At Carson. The manager Monisha was so nice & she answered every question I had. She showed me how to fill out the application and gave me her undivided attention. I needed a downstairs unit for my mother and she made sure we did not have to go up any stairs. The breeze way was so clean and she even picked up a small piece of paper off the ground that may have blown from somewhere that just shows how much she cares about the community. We seen residents coming out there apartments and she knew everyone by name and they also knew her so that made me feel even better. She held my mothers hand and helped her out the car. I cant wait until we are able to apply because this is the place for me and my family.

Scammed me out of application fee my wife and I were planning on applying to live here. I am in the middle of immigration and not eligible for a ssn yet. they informed me that they cannot rent to me without one only after they happily took my 50 dollar application fee. Lady on the phone when I asked about a refund told me she would find out and call me back. No return calls nor do they answer when I call.

Kinda rundown. Maps took me all around the world trying to find a specific building. I met some nice people who helped me find the place I needed to be.
