Parc Fontaine Apartments

If I can give them a negative 5 I would. These apartments needs to be shut down and condemned. It is not fit for anyone to live in. The management staff are horrible and they always have an attitude. Please don't get me started with the inexperience maintenance staff. Your apt will have flies, bugs, water leaks, broken refrigerator doors, a/c units, horrible garbage smells throughout your unit. Certain people can have pets and they won't say anything but if you complain about the problems.

The WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. do not move here. You’ll be sick. mold everywhere. Ceilings falling in all over. They don’t come fix ANYTHING ever!! And they have some type of deal with the courts of New Orleans because no matter how much slum. They’re never held responsible. The judge ALWAYS side with them every case.

These apartments will make your life a living hell & EXPECT you to still pay for it. I wish I would’ve never put ANY of my belongings into the unit I work so hard to keep afloat. I have lost every single item I put into these apartment walls . PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! ALL OF YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE DAMAGED!!!!!FORCED TO MOVE because I would not pay rent after the ceiling literally COLLAPSED on my first floor unit , damaging every clothing item plus more than you can imagine.!!!!!!!!! It’s a direct hit at a persons sanity the way they treat & house tenants !!!!& No one will help !!!!! I was begging for a new unit & all they said was we don’t have anything !!!!!! ALL & EVERYTHING YOU OWN CAN /WILL BE DAMAGED OR LOST !!!!!!!!!!! I had tiny mites on Everything!!! I mean EVERYTHING. I h

Not worth the money. The staff is very dismissive and they definitely have their favorites. Loved there for 3 yrs and the armor would have to be repaired every week. Had a rat issue and told the office which they ignored. Their site boast pools, clean laundry areas, gated, fitness center. They lost pics of a non existent apartment to lure you in along with the price they offer. People thrown trash from windows or leave it in the stairs all night. The threaten to up your rent because of the trash issue. Always random people lurking outside office staff is trash minus one person. They keep saying under new management but the same people work in the office. I read there an frd investigation on the apartment complex and the the non profit Christian organization that owns them. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE. I overstayed. Basically 6 years to be exact. Maintenance is pretty much nonexistent. Had a service call put in January 2022 and did not get take care of. Look at the pictures. Termites eating through the roof. Leaking roof on top of that. Mold and bugs. Dishwasher has been broke for 6 months. Management still expects you to pay rent on time tho lol. They honestly need to demolish these apartments and build some new ones. The new place I moved to is so much better. Maintenance calls are answered within a couple hours instead of months. DO NOT MOVE HERE TO PARC FONTAINE APARTMENTS.
