Parc at Prairie Grass Apartments

I just moved into this apartment complex about a week and a half ago they don’t tell you that it’s going to be hard to find parking if you find any you’re going to be parking over halfway across the apartment complex and walking to your Apartment which it’s not a short walk by any means especially if it’s raining or snowing or icy I asked if I could get a garage so I wasn’t complaining about how far I have to walk every day they gave me the option for garage that wasn’t even in my area with a fee of $150 extra per month they told me all parking is first come first serve so if you’re not at your apartment complex for the night by 4:30-5:00 good luck finding any parking. They have maybe 20-25 parking spots for well over 40 apartments. The living area is decent. I was told I would be getting

I really appreciate the friendly staff and maintenance team here. I love how big the patios are. And haven't had any issues since moving here. Parking can be hard to find when it gets later. But all in all a great community to live in. I really like it here.

I hate living here. I’ve had four packages stolen directly from my front door, costing me several hundred dollars. Management has done nothing about it, even though cameras are installed outside the building. What’s the point of cameras if theft is ignored? Parking is a nightmare. They gave out parking stickers but never enforce them. By the end of the night there are usually only 2–3 spots left, all the way by the gate. To make it worse, cars parked near the gate are constantly getting broken into (thankfully not mine yet), which says a lot about the lack of security here. It's also 20 degrees out at the moment. The Maintenance Team is absolutely wonderful! Whenever I make a service request they always complete it by the next day if not the same day. My experience with management has been great here. I've lived here for over 3 years and have never had a problem with them. They do their very best to help with any situation you're facing as a tenant. My only complaint is the location and only moved to this side of the town because when I moved here it was considered a gated community which it is not anymore. I would of appreciated a discount on rent because of this but know that's not going to happen.

Would’ve given this complex 5 stars at the time that my family and I were here in 2023. The only reason I’m giving this review 1 star is because of what happened after we left. The reason why we left this complex is because of a plumbing issue that had the residents in the apartment building vacate. We were given a 5 day notice to vacate our unit to repair the plumbing system. We were given the option to go to another building but were told that building would also likely have to have a plumbing repair soon. We decided to leave the complex to avoid having to potentially move out again. We were explicitly told we would not have to pay for the remainder of rent.
