Parc at Murfreesboro

Parc at Murfreesboro Apartments is such a great place to live. The complex itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the community has a welcoming, positive vibe. On top of that, the LEASING TEAM is amazing! They are super professional, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond. They’re quick to answer questions (no matter how many I have... LOL) and make sure you have everything you need. You can tell they truly care about their residents. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for great management, a great community, and a great place to call home!

I recently moved into The PARC Apartments in Murfreesboro , and my experience has been amazing from the start. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the friendly and professional staff who were incredibly helpful throughout. The community feels very safe and well-maintained, which gives me great peace of mind. A special shoutout to the maintenance team — they are prompt, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to find a place where everyone, from the office staff to maintenance, genuinely cares about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. I’m truly happy to call The PARC my new home! 🌿🏡

Moved in about two months ago; so far, so good! The location is ideal for my job, which is 15 minutes away. The apartments are in a great location near Aldi, Publix, Kroger, along other shops not even a mile away. Rent management is attentive and the grounds are kept up. Some minor issues with pet owners not picking up poop I have seen but other then that no major issues. Overall, nice place to live and quiet so far.

I’m new to Tennessee. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this establishment! From the moment you walk in everyone is kind and welcoming! The service here is TOP KNOTCH! I’ve lived in several apartments and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They take care of everything immediately when you have an issue. This is a quiet lovely place to live. Neighbors are nice and very respectful. We want to build a house at some point but I actually can’t imagine moving from here lol. I will add that I’ve ran into several people outside of here that also compliment the service here. The property is very pretty, well taken care of. You won’t regret living here I can say that for sure.

This Property has been AMAZING so far … moving in February and everyone there has made it so easy and really helped make the process the easiest is could be . Lena is amazing and recommend this place 10/10 :).
