Parc At Escondido

We have become regulars in recent months. It's a nice place to meet friends. Jill, the bartender, is friendly and efficient. I generally drink tea and my glass is never empty. My husband enjoys a beer and a glass if wine she never forgets a drink. The GM, Sky, never forgets and face and he treats you like an old friend no matter how many times you've been in. All the staff is great. The food is *always* good. My favorite is the shrimp lo mein medium spice, and the fried cheesecake isn't too bad either.

Parc at Escondido is a great community. Very family friendly and folks watch out for each other in the community. We have lived here since 2017 and I never had an issue with my home or neighbors

Very professional community buyers are mostly military friendly from Randolph Air Force base or retired military. Families have a good mixture of you g children and teens. School district is ECISD. Elementary school is Tradition and middle school is Heritage

I would not recommend this neighborhood to anyone. The builder of the homes did a poor job. They were cheaply made and falling apart after just 5 years. Cheap appliances (fridge, dishwasher, and AC unit have all had issues in the last year). Things like door stoppers and towel holders fall off the wall. Light fixtures and faucets are just the cheap and breaking already. The toilets they put in are super low to the ground and clog up with little to no toilet paper. The homes are about 15 feet apart and the walls are thin. I feel like I live in an apartment with how much stuff I hear from next door. Neighbors are loud, rude and obnoxious. I hear music blasting houses down from me all night long. The HOA has by-laws for quiet hours but no one obeys them and the HOA does not enforce ANYTHING

Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Well maintained. I love it.
