I love this community. Demi Chavez is such a great Resident Services Co-ordinator who is compassionate, fun and so personable. I love that she listens to our requests and inputs and has really brought us wonderful events: financial classes, House buying, Cooking classes, Exercises, Gardening, Crafting & recently the Artisan Soap Making. Thank you for the new skills you help us acquire. I am highly blessed to be part of this community! Blessings to all.

The Home Buyers presentation was very informative and helpful in learning the process of buying a home. Thank you Valerie Chavez, (realtor from Proper Realty SA) and Mary Navarro( lender from USA Mortgage) who worked together and were so kind, down to earth, knowledgeable and open to answering our questions to all who attended. So thankful for the booklet we also received that has all the steps needed when becoming interested in buying a home. I enjoyed the presentation!!! Iam in Paris living here at Norte8833, Love my spacious apt. Maintenance is Top Notch. I recommend anyone if qualified to visit and have a tour with very friendly staff. Congrats to Joseph in his new position.You got this

Love my very spacious apartment. I like the fact that the business & fitness center is operable and accessible to residents. I have 2 commend the staff @ Norte8833... everyone has been friendly, attentive and helpful especially Maria, Jackob and Joseph. Appreciate the resident activities that they plan for the community.

I moved in back in May 2024 and absolutely loved my little apartment tucked away in the back. The staff here is so caring and always willing to help with anything you may need. Maintenance responds quickly to service requests, making sure everything is safe and comfortable. Norte 8833 is a wonderful community to be apart of — I’ll truly miss it here.
