Great place to live! Mariah and Nayely are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything is in order. Both are very nice and listen to any questions or concerns brought to their attention. In addition, the amenities are a huge plus. They are always clean and well taken care of. I can’t stress enough how great the Paravel is!!

I love living in these apartments. The building is gorgeous, the amenities are incredible, and the staff… the staff, particularly mariah and nayely the leasing agents downstairs are so incredibly kind helpful and knowledgeable about their work. They work hard to create an amazing community to live in. They are ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. The location is amazing and everything is well kept. I would absolutely recommend living here, I’ll be here for a long time!

I was traveling to see family in Minnesota over the holidays and decided to stay at Paravel since they had rooms available for short stays. What a great choice! The one-bedroom was perfect as it was spacious, had all the amenities, and truly felt like a home away from home. With all the complex’s amenities, I honestly wish I could stay longer to take more advantage of the gym, golf simulator, game room, and coffee machine all perfect for meeting any needs during my mornings and/or evenings while on vacation. I wish I could have all of it in my own house! Shout out to Nayely for being so helpful and making everything possible!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share what I witnessed yesterday. While in the mail room, I heard shouting and went to see what was happening. I saw the property manager aggressively yelling at a young woman who was asking a straightforward question about a charge. She remained calm, polite, and respectful throughout the interaction, while the manager continued to raise her voice, ordered her to leave, and even threatened to call the police right in front of other residents. Notably, the manager never actually involved law enforcement, which made it clear that the threat was meant to intimidate rather than take any real action.
