Arrive Watertower Luxury Apartments

I have had several conversations with management who refuse to address the savages living at this property which has led me to this review. If you love to live surrounded by poop and squalor, this is the place for you, this has been an ongoing problem since we moved in here, we’ve offered several solutions or ideas for preventative policies that have worked at other properties we’ve lived and and we continue to get nothing back but a pile of excuses and a lack of action. There is dog poop in every common area of this property, constantly, and the dog park is like an open air toilet at this point. You will live around filth with management that doesn’t care. Enjoy the hot tub though.

Beyond phenomenal. Please note that I will update this review as time goes on, if there’s any change at all, but this was the best tour/service I’ve experienced in a long time. Heather, the property manager, is incredibly honest and open and that’s the largest green flag you can ever come across when searching for a new home. This building has good prices, floor plan options, and is in a great location. The amenities are great and don’t seem crowded or in disrepair. You get a sauna/hot tub/half court for basketball (INDOORS!) a full traditional gym with peloton bikes/AND a CrossFit area too. And the best part? I live here currently and thought a review was in order. The Pros: Amenities (common area, heated parking, fitness center, package system), good area (close to EP Center and Purgatory Creek), Nice Apartment Layouts! Heather and Noah are also pretty helpful. The Cons: Place reeks of weed (people smoking in units, stairwells, and parking garage), units are beat up (poor paint jobs, scratches and dings everywhere), trash is overflowing/packed a lot of the times, hardly any of the residents here are respectful of the quiet hours, so we have had to take matters into our hands too many times, maintenance requests take forever, and the hot tub is closed more than it is open (which is a big reason of why we moved here in the first place). We lived here for almost 2 years and this was my experience. I am bit late here sharing my experience. PROS Jessica Grantham , the then property manager. The 2 stars are because of her. Excellent location, close by Restaurants, grocery etc. Most of the staff were polite, though some were inefficient. CONS No noise control or quiet hours in common areas like in Club house and the basket ball court. These areas become like a street take over late night and goes on till early hours 4-5am, sound resonates into apartment. A cuban guy from maintenance would get confrontational if we take picture of trash issue. Air filter was not changed at least once. Boxelder bugs enter through cracks. We stayed here 2 years and its slowly went downhill. Heather and some of the new office staff are amazing but the new tenants that have shown up over the past year are so rude and destructive. They used flippers to mess up some of the fob door codes locking people out of certain doors, disable the elevators, kids stomping and running up and down the halls at midnight hours, hooligans clog the trashshoots and recently at 2am there is a group of kids revving engines at bowlero across the lot 3 times a week. And there is nothing they can do about it because they aren't allowed to turn away potential tenants unless they fail background checks.
