We had a great experience building our home with Paramount! They were accommodating with our requests and always took the time to help explain things. Specifically, the field project manager John was exceptional. A real pleasure to work with. In the office, Joe and Nick both were extremely accommodating and worked with our unique requests. Steven was also excellent. Whenever we had questions, Steven was quick to help. We never had any major issues on the project, however when the house was finished and we needed some minor help with the fireplace, Steven was super fast to respond to get the proper vendor scheduled to help. I think we will be living in this house for a long long time, but if we ever needed to build another house, I wouldn't hesitate to use the Paramount DG team!

The entire process, from the time we first sat down with Joe, Nicky and the Paramount team to the time we took possession of our home, was smooth and well run. The building phase was well organized and we had great communication all around, John P. the project manager kept us well informed of progress and our responded to any question without hesitation. Paramount's Director of Field Operations, Steven C. went out of his way during the building phase and long after to ensure we were happy with the house and everything was working properly. The Paramount team stresses once you partner with them to build a home you become family and we found this to be true. The house Paramount built for us is perfect. I cannot stress how excellent the experience was, nor the service.

We purchased a spec home from Paramount in Quogue. They have lived up to their reputation, and made us feel extremely comfortable as first time home owners. Steve joined us on the walk through and has stayed in touch to make sure we are totally happy in our new home. We have had 0 issues with the home and any vendors we bring in speak extremely highly of the construction quality. Steve has stayed in touch post closing and is attentive with any question we have, big or small. He is the best and we are so thankful for all his help. We have nothing but great things to say about Paramount!!
