We are just starting to work with them so far all has been good. Will post update Update approximately a year later and now reduced to one star. Listed home, found out we needed C O's ( told him to remove house from market until all is done) he recommended someone to help me as I needed an architect. Chose to go with my own. Now it almost a year later..have been locked into a listing with him for one year at a very high commission and have never heard from owner/broker and Luke S. an agent affiliated with that office. I could go on and on about other issues with them. If you are looking for a broker / agent that do not provide CS then this office may be for you...stay away! And I am still stuck with them until end of month! Wish we were able to leave 0 stars

Stopped in at Brookhampton with some Real Estate questions and the reception was so warm ! The office decor was very modern and inviting. They spent time with me without any pressure and were very informative and professional. Other realtors I stopped at, just wanted my info so someone could get back to me. They are definitely on my list when I am ready to sell ! Thank you for taking the time Brookhampton Realty !

Be careful, the house you buy may not be the house you end with. I'm currently working with Reade Stewart and every promise I was given hasn't happened.
