I've now been living at Panther Creek Parc for over a year, and honestly, I can't imagine a better place to call home in the Murfreesboro area. When I first moved in, I was blown away by how spacious and well-appointed the apartment was: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a walk-in closet that I genuinely wasn't expecting at this price point. The 9-foot ceilings and hardwood floors give the place such a clean, open feel, and having an in-unit washer and dryer has been a total game-changer. But what's really kept me here is the staff and maintenance team. Every single request I've submitted has been handled quickly and without any hassle. The leasing office is friendly, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents, not just filling units. I

Panther Creek Parc Apartments is outstand place to live with their beautiful luxurious1-3 bedroom apartments in Murfreesboro. Loaded with amazing top amenities. Wellness-fitness-center, gorgeous swimming pool plus barbecues, fire-pits, and cabanas, are impeccably kept. Sipping their gourmet-coffee bar is awesome. Picnic areas-Playground -Business center. And a Resident lounge game room. So many perks the best place anyone could live and love it here.

Everyone has been wonderful! Maintenance has been quick to respond to my emergency issues with great attitudes too! Even had to come out on Thanksgiving with smiles on. Office people are so friendly and helpful! They plan events which I love can’t wait to go to one.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! I live here for more than a year. I lived in the oldest building which was dark (small amount of windows) dated and falling apart appliance. The bathroom had major mold which I mentioned when I first moved in . I personally had to remove the tub faucets to scrub out the large amount of mold on a regular basis. The new management team are not very pro active never return phone calls if you can even reach them by phone at all! (I do have to say the maintenance guys however where great always there when needed, no thanks to the front office.) Moved out in September with the correct kind of notice, leaving the place clean, I was told by front office management that I would have my full deposit back within 30 days, well still have NOT received the CHECK and keep getting the sa

We LOVED living here! Maintenance was always prompt and the amenities here are fabulous. The office staff truly care about their tenants. We appreciated how family-oriented the complex was. The office hosted parties and gatherings to bring us all together. 10/10 recommend
