Palms of Belleair

Location is good. Rent is not bad, but when we barely have amenities. And the washers and dryers are only getting worse and not fixed. I love Ty! He is great fyi. So can you please get the washers and dryers fixed and then I'll update this review.Thank you

If you dare to reporting your problem the maintenance will decide what, when will be fix. Most apartment has a black mold. Dangerous dogs are barks all days and nights. Poops are all over around the buildings. The owner never answer your call, the maintenance is aggressive and rude. I moved out a month ago. Ps: you can smell the drugs all the time even if you are in your apartment.

I lived in this community for two years. The maintenance is slow to get done and when it is done it's half done and breaks again. I once had water pouring in my bathroom from the apartment before me and the "emergency" phone number (the managers cell phone) was turned off. Finally I got a response from an email 30 minutes later as my bathroom was covered in water. I moved out beginning of May and still have NOT received my refund for my deposit. When I call or text the manager it takes a while for a response. Once he finally responds he says he's not responsible for the refund check the owner is and he will follow up with it. 4 months later and I still have not received the money owed to me. If I could rate this place lower, I would. Don't live here. Once you move in, you will literally never be able to get in touch with the landlord ever. He has consistently, and what feels like purposefully, ignored every attempt I've made at communicating with him in the FOUR YEARS I've lived here. Personal number? No response. Office number? No response. I've never seen a place that has worse management.

Avoid at all costs. Owners are penny pinchers who do the bare minimum to satisfy legal requirements.
